TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Casa Sabar! To ensure a pleasant stay and a seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and agree to the following terms and conditions before confirming your reservation.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings.
- Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation by Guest:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellation by Casa Sabar:
- In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances requiring cancellation, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates, subject to guest approval.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
- Check-In: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early or late check-ins must be arranged in advance.
- Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.
USE OF PROPERTY

- Casa Sabar is rented for exclusive use only, ensuring full privacy for your stay.
- The property is reserved for the registered guests only. Hosting additional visitors or events without prior approval is not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
​
- A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
- This will be returned within 7 days of check-out, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
HOUSE RULES
- Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings, including noise levels, especially during nighttime.
- Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon in advance.
- Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to ensure timely resolution.
LIABILITY

- Casa Sabar and its owners are not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
FORCE MAJEURE

- Casa Sabar is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
- For stays longer than one week, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- By confirming your booking and submitting the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
